Garfield ‘Chin’ Bourne is the co-founder and CEO of Irish and Chin Inc. who is a leading Caribbean event promoter. He is the visionary of the World Clash entertainment brand among others, including Reeewind, the Rumble Series, Sound Fest Vibez in the Park, Death Before Dishonor and more!

Chin also has a successful track record in talent management, which included top Reggae & Dancehall artists. He currently manages Mighty Crown, the mutli- champion iconic Japanese sound.

Chin is also the creator and host of Sound Chat Radio and Sound Chat TV talk shows.
